1. Eligibility for Exchange / Return

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You will receive Online Store Credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges).

  • No cash refunds are offered.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original condition

    • With all tags and labels intact

· In case of a damaged item, Customers must provide images within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Online Store Credit

Online Store Credit allows you to use the same amount toward a future purchase on our Minor Modes Collection website.

  • The credited amount equals to the product value (excluding shipping charges) and it is not redeemable for cash.

  • Online Store Credit will be issued within 7 days after receiving the returned items.

3. How to Request an Exchange / Return

4. Return Timeframe

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Process

  • Once your request has been approved, you will need to courier the item back to us.

  • Return instructions will be shared via email.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item {Customers must provide images of damaged items within 24 hours of delivery}

  • You received the wrong item/product

  • Your order qualified for a free shipping promotion

In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Accessories (if applicable)

8. International Orders

Currently, international orders are not eligible for exchange or return. All international sales are final.

  • Items that are worn, used, or altered will not be accepted in exchange/return.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging.

  • Seasonal items (summer/winter) can only be exchanged within the same category e.g. summer items will be exchanged only with summer items.

  • Exchanges are only valid for Minor Modes Collection items/products.
